As a spanish expat who loves her culture, I always try to rend tribute to my homeland with my art. A while ago I tried doing so with Morgana (also from League of Legends) but this time it's Mel's turn!

When I saw her ingame design I instantly saw a Mantón de Manila, so even tho it's been a bit hard to find free time to work on this, I am happy to share it here. I want to keep working on this skinline with more champs until I am satisfied so... see you soon the Flamencos!!
